Small Van
Handles quick runs and smaller orders that don't need carts or oversized items. Nimble in city traffic and ideal for same-day kit deliveries and single-item pickups.

Large Van
Purpose-built for fast-turnaround production work. With a hydraulic lift gate and room for a full equipment package on carts, it's the go-to for small to medium jobs where speed and manoeuvrability matter. Comes optionally with a two-person crew, please book in advance.

Cube Truck
Our heavy lifter. The larger cargo bay handles everything the Sprinter can, plus oversized items, extra carts, and add-ons beyond your base package. A hydraulic lift gate makes loading heavy gear safe and fast. Comes optionally with a two-person crew, please book in advance.

We don't just deliver across the GTA — we ship production equipment anywhere in Canada, by road or by air, within 48 hours.
Long-Haul Vehicle Transport
For productions outside the GTA, our fleet delivers equipment by vehicle to any location in Canada. We've driven orders as far as British Columbia, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland — complete door-to-door equipment transport with experienced drivers who understand how to handle professional production gear.
Vehicle delivery is ideal for large orders, multi-day productions on location, and remote sets where airfreight isn't practical. Our drivers load, secure, transport, and unload your equipment at your production site.
WestJet Cargo Airfreight
For time-sensitive orders anywhere in the country, we ship production equipment via WestJet Cargo airfreight. Equipment is professionally cased, palletized, and delivered to any major airport in Canada — typically within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation.
Airfreight is ideal for last-minute gear needs, equipment additions mid-shoot, and productions in cities across every province. We coordinate pickup and dropoff at both ends so your gear arrives ready to use.

From Vancouver to St. John's, our logistics team can get professional camera, lighting, grip, and audio equipment to your production within 48 hours. Whether you're shooting a commercial in Calgary, a feature film in Montreal, or an event in Halifax — Neighbourhood has the logistics capabilities to get your gear there on time.

Delivery Policies
- Neighbourhood delivers to and picks up from the door or loading dock only. Delivery further into the premises is available as an additional charge by quotation
- Locations outside Zone 1, 2, and 3 are available by quotation only
- Neighbourhood will deliver and pick up at any time of the day or night to suit your production. An additional fee applies for any delivery or pick up during off hours
- Delivery window is 8am-6pm, subject to scheduling availability. Actual delivery and pick-up times may vary based on circumstances such as time of day, traffic, size of load, and parking restrictions
- If no one is at the location to accept the order and sign for it, waiting charges or redelivery charges will apply
- Neighbourhood delivers to and picks up from hotels, however an authorized member of the crew must be present to accept and sign for the equipment
- One team member is sent on each delivery. Additional team members must be discussed at least 48 hours prior to the delivery date
Delivery Terms
- Rates are per trip (one-way). Round trips are billed at 2x the applicable zone rate
- Out-of-zone deliveries are quoted individually for destinations beyond Zone 3 boundaries
- After-hours surcharge (Mon-Fri, before 7am / after 6pm): $50/hour, capped at $150
- Weekend deliveries: $250 flat surcharge per trip (each way)
- All deliveries include driver and standard loading/unloading. Tailgate and special handling available on request
