Founded in Toronto in 2013, Neighbourhood started strictly as studio rentals. Since then, we've expanded to become a full-service creative hub offering equipment rentals, on-site and off-site facilities, Canada-wide delivery, and a dedicated team of professionals committed to bringing your vision to life.

We work with the world's leading brands and creators, from global corporations to emerging artists. Our mission is simple: provide the spaces, equipment, expertise, and support that empower creative excellence.

Neighbourhood Studios is deeply rooted in Toronto's creative community. We actively support emerging filmmakers, film students, and local productions by offering competitive student rates, sponsoring community events, and providing mentorship to the next generation of creators.

We believe that a thriving local production industry benefits everyone.
